Passengers arriving to Rosslare Europort-New measures for international travel:

From 12am Friday 3 December, all passengers arriving to Ireland must be in possession of a certified antigen test (i.e. not self-administered) taken 48 hours prior to their arrival or a certified RT-PCR test (i.e. not self-administered) taken 72 hours prior to arrival. This is regardless of vaccination/recovery status. Any passenger travelling on the basis of a test alone is required to have a RT-PCR test.

Passengers will be required to present their e-PLF and test certificates when boarding and may be denied boarding if they do not have the appropriate certificates in place. Passengers should also have their vaccination/recovery certificates with them for presentation.
